These terms govern your use of the ComplianceFix website compliance scanning and document generation service. By purchasing our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

ComplianceFix provides an automated website compliance scanning service and generates template compliance documents (privacy policies, terms and conditions, cookie policies, and accessibility statements) tailored to your business based on the information you provide and data we detect on your website.
ComplianceFix does not provide legal advice. Our documents are templates generated using automated systems based on published regulations and ICO guidance. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor. For complex regulatory situations, disputes, or enforcement proceedings, you should obtain independent legal advice.
We do not guarantee that our documents will satisfy every regulatory requirement applicable to your specific business. Compliance ultimately depends on how you implement the documents and whether the information you provide to us is accurate and complete.

We aim to deliver your compliance report within 24 hours of your scan completing, and your compliance document pack within 24 hours of receiving your completed questionnaire and payment. These are targets, not guarantees — occasionally technical issues may cause delays.
Prices are as displayed on our website at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Because our service involves the creation of personalised digital content, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 cancellation right does not apply once we have begun generating your compliance documents with your prior agreement (Reg.36(2)).
If we have not yet begun generating your documents, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. For the Monitor subscription, you may cancel the recurring element at any time — you will retain access until the end of your paid period.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with our service is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including regulatory fines, lost business, or reputational damage arising from your use of our documents.
The compliance documents we generate for you are licensed for your use on your business website. You may not resell, redistribute, or provide them as a service to third parties. Our website content, branding, and scanning technology remain our intellectual property.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your statutory right to bring proceedings in the courts of your domicile.
If you have a complaint about our service, please email info@compliancefix.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 working days.
